The staff were super accommodating. Unfortunately they don’t work with 3rd party warranty so I was concerned I’d have to pay again for another diagnostic at a separate repair shop that works with 3rd party warranty, but they were kind enough let me go free of charge. For that i’d recommend the shop, very genuine and trustworthy workers

This place is truly top notch. I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to service my Kia and decided it check this place out. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and listened to my description of the issue with my car. A technician rode with me on test drive in my vehicle to pinpoint the issue and worked to diagnose it. After some thorough analysis, it was concluded that the issue needed to be addressed by a Kia dealership and so I was not charged anything at all for the 3-hour assessment. I was stunned to have a $0 invoice and appreciated all the insight I learned about the vehicle and the likely cause of the issue. I'll definitely be returning to this place for all my future vehicle maintenance needs!
