Santa Rosa Auto Repair

I had routinely had my Acura serviced at the dealership until it closed. I was looking for someone to service my vehicle. I attended an event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, and saw that Cooglers was a supporter of the event. I called Cooglers and scheduled service on my Acura. A great experience. Friendly, helpful customer service and a reasonable price. And I was able to support a local business who is involved in the local community. A "win win."

I had an excellent experience with COOGLER’S Auto Repair, and I especially want to thank Jeff, the service manager, for making the entire process smooth from start to finish. They helped get my car tuned up and ready to pass smog, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone was kind, professional, and courteous throughout the entire experience. They were also very accommodating by allowing me to use their secure after-hours drop box for both vehicle drop-off and key pickup, which made everything incredibly convenient with my schedule. One thing that really stood out was their digital inspection report. It included photos of every issue they found, clear descriptions written by the mechanics themselves, and an itemized breakdown of each recommended repair. I never felt pressured, just well-informed. Their transparency and professionalism gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled honestly. The pricing was fair and reasonable, the communication was excellent, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that operates with this level of integrity and customer care. I highly recommend COOGLER’S Auto Repair and will absolutely be returning for future service. My underpan snapped off of, it was hanging on the ground. I stopped by Cooglers and they ziptied it back in place for now, for no charge. Very cool. Thank you!

Karl ordered several diagnostics for my vehicle and then called to ask if a certain repair had ever been performed. I looked thru prior service records before I started utilizing Coogler's. I had a difficult time reading them so took it over to Karl and he saw that the repair had been done previously so no need to do it again for another 20k miles, hence saving me money!
