Karl ordered several diagnostics for my vehicle and then called to ask if a certain repair had ever been performed. I looked thru prior service records before I started utilizing Coogler's. I had a difficult time reading them so took it over to Karl and he saw that the repair had been done previously so no need to do it again for another 20k miles, hence saving me money!

I love the honesty and I don’t feel like anyone is taking advantage of me in the sense that I have no idea what is wrong with my car. I chose Coogler's Auto Repair based on good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I needed a full tune-up and oil change in preparation for a long road trip. They were very clear with their estimates -- what would be covered and what they might find that would require additional work. They did a good job of communicating updates to me while working on the vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I found their prices to be fair and they finished the job within a reasonable length of time. I'm so glad I found Coogler's! I will definitely use them again.
