Been here several times with a 25 yr old car and met with incredible service. They are honest and ethical which can be rare these days. I am grateful and appreciative of their business methods. As a senior on a fixed income, they always provide options that are more affordable and follow thru with great service. Don't hesitate. Trust your vehicle here. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I absolutely loved my experience here. The check-in was very smooth and Billy explained everything to me. He said it would be 3-4 hours since we didn't know what was actually wrong. So I went home and waited. Then I got an email and text updating the progress. It also allows you to approve or deny any service recommendations. You get the diagnostic report as well. Luckily it was only a battery and new connector. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be using Cooglers in the future for my vehicle maintenance. On top of all that they give a generous Military discount!

My 1st visit was for an alignment for my 1985 Toyota Van and they told me there was too much play in my bell crank to perform the alignment. They didn't charge me and sent me home with a photo of the part needed. I had it rebuilt by a speciality shop because it was NLA. For my 2nd visit, I came back for the alignment after the part was rebuilt and I personally replaced other worn steering parts (tie rod ends, drag link). I didn't torque the nuts down on the parts I installed because I wanted them to check my work. They finished the job for me and torqued everything to spec. They then adjusted my torsion bars to help raise my van so that I would get minimal rub with the bigger tires I had installed. They then performed the alignment. The tech Andy walked me through what he did to the van to balance the alignment, drive experience and tire rub for the best possible result. I was charged a very reasonable for the price for the time they spent on my van. I know my job was somewhat unique and they worked with me to get it done. I would definitely go back to get other work done.

I was pleasantly surprised by this auto shop. Courtney was a professional service advisor and thus my faith in a local shop was restored. I brought my car due to a grinding noise and to get an alignment after replacing suspension parts myself(mostly because I don't trust anyone to do the work) and they were able to do the alignment in the same day. This is the only shop in Santa Rosa that will do the job right! Also, I love the design of the lobby. It functional and welcoming. Great job, Cooglers! I cant wait to tell everyone! God bless you.

I said it many times before I would not allow anybody to work on my car other than Cooglers Auto Repair they have done me good for the two years two and a half years that they've been in business and Courtney has worked on my car's prior to that my car will be getting serviced by them next week and I actually look forward to it
