Karl ordered several diagnostics for my vehicle and then called to ask if a certain repair had ever been performed. I looked thru prior service records before I started utilizing Coogler's. I had a difficult time reading them so took it over to Karl and he saw that the repair had been done previously so no need to do it again for another 20k miles, hence saving me money!

I referred to Cooglers by Arturo room Becoming Independent , my favorite part of walking through the door is being greeted with smiles. I feel like I’m walking into my family or close friends home. I love the honesty and I don’t feel like anyone is taking advantage of me in the sense that I have no idea what is wrong with my car. There are a number of perks like snacks and drinks, the best perk is a free loaner car so I don’t have to take a day off. I appreciate you giving me 10 percent off since I work with adults with disabilities, this means so much as to how thoughtful you are. My Husband and mother in law Dona also use Cooglers. You have a wonderful family owned business and I’m thankful for your services.

I chose Coogler's Auto Repair based on good reviews, and I was not disappointed. I needed a full tune-up and oil change in preparation for a long road trip. They were very clear with their estimates -- what would be covered and what they might find that would require additional work. They did a good job of communicating updates to me while working on the vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I found their prices to be fair and they finished the job within a reasonable length of time. I'm so glad I found Coogler's! I will definitely use them again.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and relaxing, with fun things for kids also. I drove in without an appointment, and explained what I thought was needed for my truck. They did great repair job and offered me a loaner car which was helpful. I had a difficult car to work with And, from the Frontdesk team as well as the workers as well as the owner, they Were all patient and kind and understanding and so helpful. I would highly recommend this business for any of your car needs. They went above and beyond. I will say that ! And I definitely will be a customer in the future when I need them !
