Just yesterday I picked up my ‘06 GMC Sierra and commented to both Karl (service writer) and Courtney (owner) how impressed I have been and continued to be with every aspect of their care… because care they do. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Courtney and his crew for over a decade, refer to others readily, and value them beyond the work…. Can’t say enough…

7:30 am on a Thursday in Santa Rosa... My truck broke down on the way to make a delivery... AAA towed it (and me) to Coogler's on a recommendation from a friend who knows these guys. Stressed? You know it! Concerned about the work that would be done and how long it would take and what it would cost? Absolutely! Who isn't stressed out when their car breaks down, and they're going to a new auto mechanic??? Greeting me in the lobby were three of the nicest guys who just got into work and were in a better mood than I was... Things were looking up already... Jeff was my repair coordinator, and he immediately put me at ease and let me know that they would do everything they could to get me back up and running ASAP. I quickly booked a rental truck and Ubered to the rental location to get it and bring it back to swap the goods and get back on track. One of the technicians (Scott maybe?) helped me make the swap (above and beyond? Yup!) Quick communication on Coogler's part with some texts and emails told me they had found the problem and were on the case. Estimated time to repair? End of today or tomorrow at the latest. That's fast, I thought... Good news too because I've got more deliveries coming up. 'Tis the season... Fast forward ~4 hours and I'm getting a call from Jeff telling me my truck was ready to pick up (pun intended). What?!?!?! 4 hours and it's done!!! Got back to the rental shop, got one of their guys to take me back to Coogler's, and was back in my truck at 1:30 pm. Since then, a couple of genuinely concerned calls and emails asking if everything is still going well with the truck. Normally, when I do business with someone, they only call to ask if we can do more business. This was actual follow-up and quite refreshing. Will I work with Coogler's again? You bet I will! And if you've been looking for a dependable auto mechanic who's going to do a good job of both fixing your car AND being pleasant to work with, you should too!

I rarely leave reviews but the folks at Cooglers Auto Repair merit one. I went to them for a second opinion on a list of very expensive potential repairs. They saved me at least 2k for a repair that was deemed unnecessary and gave me a much more flexible timeline for the things that do need attention. I dealt with Daniel at the front desk and he went through each item on the list explaining with both photos and videos what the technician found. In addition to that was the respect with which I, and every other customer who came through the door, was treated. These folks combine old school values with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. They love what they do and its clear from the moment you walk in. 100% would recommend!

Customer service people were friendly, organized, and willing to answer questions. I got a very careful, clear explanation of next steps. The work was done quickly and it was reasonably priced.

Coogler’s offers the best service of any auto repair shop in the county. Honest, transparent, approachable, and knowledgable staff, an owner who cares about the customer first, and excellent facilities make Coogler’s the ONLY shop I recommend for family and friends.

I had routinely had my Acura serviced at the dealership until it closed. I was looking for someone to service my vehicle. I attended an event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Santa Rosa, and saw that Cooglers was a supporter of the event. I called Cooglers and scheduled service on my Acura. A great experience. Friendly, helpful customer service and a reasonable price. And I was able to support a local business who is involved in the local community. A "win win."
